Within your institution, data is shared between connected accounts as needed — for example, a parent can view their child’s sessions and results, and a tutor can see their assigned students. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Institution administrators manage user accounts within their centre. For platform-level requests, contact our team using the details below.

Student accounts are created and managed by their institution and, where applicable, with parental involvement. We process student academic data only to provide the educational service requested by the institution.
