Our Story
TMA began as Tutoring Manager Africa— built to solve a problem we saw up close: tutoring centers across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and beyond were running entire businesses through WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and memory. Session bookings got lost. Invoices went unpaid. Parents had no visibility into their child's progress.
We built role-based dashboards, AI-powered session reports, curriculum-aligned learning tools, and Mobile Money-ready invoicing to fix that — starting with GES, NERDC, and CBC curricula, GHS/NGN/KES pricing, and the realities of running a tutoring business across Africa.
That depth is still our foundation — not something we're moving away from. As schools and academies beyond tutoring centers asked for the same tools, we grew into TMA: the same platform, now serving any modern academy, anywhere, while remaining the deepest tutoring-center platform built for Africa.
